What’s the best way to publish poetry?

I have an autobiographical book written as a poem, written in a “beat poetry” style structure and substance and I want to know the best way to get it published? Who to submit it to? What format it should be in? Any suggestions whatsoever will be appreciated.

Is there something wrong with depressing poetry?

My friend hates my poetry and tells my it’s stupid and too depressing and then gets all suspicious. I hear it somewhat normal for teens to write poetry like mine but my friend doesn’t agree.
